The Atmosphere portion of the Assessment evaluates a company’s ecological performance through its facilities materials, resource, and use and emissions. Where relevant, additionally, it views a company’s transportation/distribution channels and ecological impact of their logistics. This also measures whether a company’s services or products are made to solve an ecological issue, including items that assisted in the provision of alternative energy, conserve sources, reduce waste, promote land/wildlife conservation, prevent toxic/hazardous substance or pollution, or educate, measure, or consult to resolve ecological problems.

Workers
The Staff Member portion of the survey assesses the business’s relationship using its workforce. This measures how the organization treats its workers through compensation, benefits, training, and possession possibilities presented to workers. Additionally, it concentrates on the general work atmosphere within the organization through management/worker communication, job versatility and company culture, and worker safety and health practices.
Customers
Customers
The Shoppers portion of the Assessment measures the outcome a business is wearing its customers. The section concentrates on whether a business sells services or products that promote public benefit, and when individuals products/services are targeted towards serving underserved populations. Questions within this section will measure whether a company’s service or product is made to solve a social or ecological issue (e.g. improves health, preserves atmosphere or creates economic chance to the people or communities, promotes the humanitiesOrsciences, or boosts the flow of capital to purpose-driven enterprises).
Community
Community
The City portion of the survey assesses a company’s effect on its community. The City section evaluates a company’s supplier relations, diversity, and participation from our community. The section also measures the business’s practices and policies around community service and charitable giving. Additionally, this includes if your company’s service or product is made to solve a social issue, including use of fundamental services, health, education, economic chance, arts, and growing the flow of capital to purpose-driven enterprises.

Governance
The Governance portion of the Assessment evaluates a company’s accountability and transparency. The section concentrates on the business’s mission, stakeholder engagement, and overall transparency from the company’s practices and policies.
