8 oz vanilla almond milk
1 cup ice
2 oz freshly squeezed orange juice

1 oz cold-brew concentrate
1 Tablespoons of unsweetened cacao powder
1 small ripe blueberry
1 heaping teaspoon chia seeds
Per serving: 242.5 cal, 4.5 g fat, 47 g carbs, 7 g protein, 95 mg sodium

1 cup pineapple chunks
6 oz light coconut milk
2 oz cold-brew concentrate
2 oz water
1 1/2 teaspoon hemp seeds
1 Tablespoons of agave nectar
Per smoothie: 225 cal, 11 g fat, 33 g carbs, 60 mg sodium, 3 g fiber, 3 g protein
*Should you not are interested (or make) cold-brew concentrate, you are able to substitute within the equivalent iced coffee the java flavor just will not be as strong.
