How Many Daily Calories Does A Person Need?

Video COMMENTS:

Slobodan Milanov: Sorry Canada? Actually, sorry "the rest of the world", because almost every country uses metric system (98% of the countries)

FlashySenap: America learn the metric system like the rest of the world! XS

Bogdan Cozma: 02:02 …."sorry Canada"….And the rest of the World….

Yahtzee008: sorry canada, bitch please. And just about EVERY OTHER NATION IN THE WORLD!!! Imperial system is so stupid

Lerkero: The solution is simple: Eat when you are hungry.\n\nThe 2000 calorie diet is a sham. I get by on much fewer calories than that depending on my activity for the day. At 150 pounds and 5 ft 8 in I typically eat between 1500-1800 calories a day and I am an "average" sized person (68 kg, 173 cm for the metric).\n\nOne problem is that the American diet has been designed so that people spike their blood 3 times a day and people's bodies can't always process that energy fast enough so it just gets stored as fat. It's much better to eat smaller meals throughout the day so that your body can use energy as it is needed (for humans at least).

ScrapeTV: Most Canadians use feet and pounds because we do what we want.

stardustie: umm.. that formula is fucked up.. if u rly do it like u said the number is like 150 000 or such and no, thats not my bmr, its like 2100 but u MIGHT consider including ( ) next time to that calculation when u start stating that this is how you do it.

rgbii: I think they forgot how important ( and ) are.\n66 + (weight lbs * 6.3) + (height inches * 12.9) – (age x 6.8)

travis k: my bmr is 1208 ..so if i take less calorie than this number….i will lose weight.??..m gonna try this ..hope it work..

Abrianna O'Leske: I eat 2300+ everyday. my BMR says i should be eating 1614 calories a day. I would still be anorexic if i ate like that.
